When we talk about celebrating women for International Women’s Day, it’s about celebrating all women.

They are strong, talented, fierce and change the world every single day in many ways. So naturally, we wanted to highlight some of the women who inspire us to lead future generations and build a more gender-balanced future.

To celebrate, here’s our list of 9 inspirational women in human resources and business that drive success each and every day:

Ali Grant is the founder and CEO of Be Social PR based in Los Angeles and named by San Diego Magazine as a “dynamic public relations expert.” Ali is a creative force that helps manage brands. Be Social was voted the #4 best PR firm by 10BestPR, and I’m not surprised with Ali at the helm.

Jessica Hawk is the Co-Founder of Love Right with husband Will Hawk, III. She has been a caregiver from a young age and noticed a need for better hands-on collaborative caregiving. Love Right is the #1 caregiving company in San Diego, and changing the way families view caregivers.

J.T. O’Donnell is the CEO of Work It Daily. She helps individuals with online career coaching so they can have the successful careers that we all dream about. Her creation, Work It Daily, is a powerful online platform with training videos, virtual coaching, and a private community.

Julie Wootton, our very own Founder & Managing Partner here at SDHR Consulting. She saw a need in the business world for high-quality Human Resource and Recruiting, so she broke out on her own to fulfill it. Now, 10+ years later, she has over 20 talented women working with her.
