Shaun is an HR/Employee Relations Expert. With 20+ years of comprehensive Employee Relations, Human Resources, and Training experience, her talent is in motivating employees and managers at all levels to improve morale, educating, and enhancing the well-being and productivity of all employees.  Employee Relations plays a key role within Human Resources, providing resources for managing employee issues and facilitating effective outcomes. Shaun is an advocate and dedicated to promoting fair and positive employment relationships and helping employers and employees through difficult situations and strengthen their relationships. She is here to help resolve work-related challenges and is committed to fostering a trusting environment. Shaun swiftly and professionally addresses and resolves workplace concerns, helps mediate, coach, and foster safe and open communication between leadership, staff, and employees. She facilitates training on AB1825 (Preventing Sexual Harassment and Bullying), Leadership Training, Managing and Resolving Conflict, Understanding and Preventing Workplace Violence, Emotional Intelligence, Performance Management and is certified in training DISC (Take Flight). She holds an HR Management Certificate from the University of California, San Diego. Shaun enjoys her time most with her husband and three girls.
