Mandatory Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training​ (AB 1825)

As of January 1, 2021, Assembly Bill 1825 (AB 1825) mandates all California organizations with five or more employees provide their employees with sexual harassment prevention training. By offering our clients three different training options, we can ensure there’s an option that matches the needs of each unique organization.

Two of Our Most Popular Trainings: StrengthsFinder and Bird DISC

The Clifton StrengthsFinder training maximizes team members’ potential based on five decades of research and development. The StrengthsFinder training focuses on the individual and unique strengths and allows the team to acknowledge and celebrate the diverse skillsets and distinctive characteristics found within the team.

The Bird DISC helps team members master the four personality styles (paired with unique birds), so they can work and communicate more effectively with others in the workplace and in their personal lives.  

The SDHRC team has taken both the StrengthsFinder and Bird DISC trainings. In StrengthsFinders, each individual discovered their strengths and shared them with the team while learning and celebrating strengths found in others. In Bird DISC, each individual discovered their prominent bird behavioral style and learned how to appreciate their colleagues’ style as well as improve team communication.
