Julie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of San Diego Human Resources Consulting. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management working with multiple industries such as startups, consulting, recruiting firms, technology, SaaS, marketing and advertising agencies, education, telecommunication, service, and entertainment. Julie has established and led HR departments at both large (Fortune 100) and emerging companies specializing in startup and turnaround for multi-unit locations. She has been responsible for the HR aspects of mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, and company closures. Julie has led teams of HR professionals and developed them to full competency in the field. She holds a master of science degree in human resources management from Chapman University and has taught human resources management classes at MiraCosta College. Courtney has been in recruiting for over 12 years and is laser-focused. She has extensive experience recruiting across a wide variety of industries, including biotech, healthcare, IT, finance, and oil and gas. Courtney’s unique approach at the very beginning of a recruiting job helps her identify the best new talent easily, effortlessly and quickly. She holds a bachelor of science degree in special education from the University of Alabama, and she is a former volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House charities. Courtney lives in Texas with her family, and when she’s not recruiting, she is chasing around her one-year-old daughter. Not only is she extremely effective, we kinda think she looks like Kyra Sedgwick, hence her nickname “The Closer.” Her last name is just a coincidence.

Lori brings more than 15 years in IT recruiting background in corporate and staffing agencies, with a focus on placing qualified technical candidates in individual contributor roles and team member roles. Lori plans on completing her bachelor’s with a focus on HR in a few years when the “sideshow” settles down (her words!). This “show” entails two cats and four kiddos ranging from 11 months to 10 years old. Lori excels in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, maintaining her commitment to detail and focus to potential moving targets and jumps at any challenge thrown in her path, earning her the nickname “Jolly Jumps.”

Administration, HR, recruiting, and customer service are pies where her feathers have dipped, from several large grocery chains to a small startup government contractor servicing the military and aerospace industries. Suzy makes her nest in SoCal Wine Country with her husband and three active teenagers. Director of Human Resources, Strategy and Rewards, Cherie has over 25 years of HR experience, specifically in compensation, mergers and acquisitions and start-up operations, acting as an employee champion as well as a change agent. Cherie holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Cal State San Marcos and she is a member of SHRM and WorldatWork. A native to Southern California, Cherie is an avid diver. Freediving and snorkeling are a family tradition beginning with her grandparents and carrying down to Cherie’s grandchildren. Each year Cherie’s family hosts a reunion on Catalina Island filled with family fun and diving. Traci holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Florida State University and a Masters in HR Management from the University of North Florida. Beth Noce is one of our Lead Recruiters who can easily flip from Technical to Functional and everything in between.  For the past 16 plus years, Beth has successfully recruited positions in IT, Biotech, Aerospace, Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, Social Media, Marketing, Sales, Security, Executive and Admin Support…and that’s just a sampling of the “everything in between!” Beth lives in Lone Star State with her hubby and daughters along with 2 rescue dogs and 3 rescue kitties. You have a position, Emmily is going to fill it! Emmily holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development from Bowling Green State University and she is three times certified as a Professional Recruiter Certified (PRC), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), and Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR). Emmily may reside in the Buckeye State, however, she is a forever “Falcon.” Fun fact about Emmily is she and her hubby are both left-handed and their wedding anniversary falls on National Left-Handers day (no worries, their kiddos are “all right”)! Following in her family’s footsteps of math and science, Laura Miller received her degree in Mathematical Economics from Scripps College in Claremont but got bit by the HR bug and followed with a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cal State San Marcos. Meaghan Rapolti with an “h” brings 10 years of Technical Recruiting experience supporting various commercial and government clients such as NASA and DoD. In addition to the engineers, developers and IT peeps, Meaghan has recruited in the healthcare industry from pharmacy techs to nurses to work in Afghanistan. Michael Moskowitz brings extensive HR experience, most specifically employee relations, training and development, organization development, and performance management in the telecommunication, manufacturing, software, education, and healthcare industries. Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York, Masters Degree in Psychology from United States International University (now Alliant University) and he wrote and published a training and development textbook while teaching at UCSD Extension. A transplant from New York City (yes NYC! Pace Picante lovers…aaaand we just dated ourselves!) Michael and his wife reside in sunny SoCal where Michael enjoys his daily 10,000 steps (or so) walks along Cali beaches. Longer strolls often take Michael upstate and cross country to visit his offspring or just miscellaneous road-tripping, as he has already driven through every state in the continental US and coast-to-coast across Canada….and if you should find him standing still, it’s probably because the Padres are playing. Michael was nicknamed “Mosko” when he worked with so many Mikes or Michaels as a way to differentiate him from the others, however, we feel “Mosko” is a consultant who definitely stands out from the rest providing our clients with exceptional dedication and concern whether in training, compliance and employee relations.

A recruiter with over 12 years of human resources/recruitment experience, with a heavy focus in technical recruiting.  Once technology challenged, Crystal was bitten by the techie bug and she soon could not get enough of new technologies, languages, platforms and methodologies!  Crystal graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in History and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially anything involving water and running and yes, she loves running in the rain. HR Consultant Denitza Colores has over 15 years of HR experience with multi-state experience in various industries, including government, nonprofit, aerospace, manufacturing, high-tech, and healthcare. Denitza earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, she is currently working towards an MBA and she is an SHRM Certified HR Professional. Denitza is an Arizona transplant who enjoys Cali’s ocean and weather and loves the flux she finds In HR to learn and grow. Whether it’s creating a handbook, running data analysis, or collaborating with a business leader to develop a new training program. Denitza can provide support in English and in Spanish!  Denitza is an avid runner and she loves to relax in the dry sauna and lift weights with her hubby who she co-parents two tiny humans along with their fur babies, a small terrier and a Great Dane!  Personality assessments categorize Denitza as a “mediator”, and she often melds her compassion for people and her passion for HR to meet in the middle and bring balance and flow to a team and organization, which is why we call her Mediatrix.
