Courtney has been in recruiting for over 12 years and is laser-focused. She has extensive experience recruiting across a wide variety of industries, including biotech, healthcare, IT, finance, and oil and gas. Courtney’s unique approach at the very beginning of a recruiting job helps her identify the best new talent easily, effortlessly and quickly. She holds a bachelor of science degree in special education from the University of Alabama, and she is a former volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House charities. Courtney lives in Texas with her family, and when she’s not recruiting, she is chasing around her one-year-old daughter. Not only is she extremely effective, we kinda think she looks like Kyra Sedgwick, hence her nickname “The Closer.” Her last name is just a coincidence.
