With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development, Dawn Martin provides a strategic mindset, the ability to execute with tactical precision and the grace of someone who has successfully scaled a zoo wall to pet a cheetah (yes, that really happened)
Currently pursuing an MBA in HR (set to finish in December 2025), Dawn’s educational background includes a BA in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Communications, as well as certifications in SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
Dawn’s callsign is Phoenix — because, like the legendary bird, she rises each dawn ready to take on any challenge and turn it into an opportunity. Though born and raised in California, Dawn has also enjoyed living in Baja, Waikiki, and on a Missouri farm. When she’s not immersed in HR strategies, she’s hosting unforgettable parties, bartending like a pro, and whipping up meals for her hubby and friends
