HR Consultant, Janice Vargas, brings 15+ years of HR experience in creating and leading effective HR programs for national and international clients across multiple industries. Recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Janice enjoys advancing organizations through the coupling of strategy and leadership development. She is a military wife and mother to a high school-aged son and a married daughter. Janice is passionate about pilates, cooking and entertaining, camping in the Sequoias, and her true love is listening to audiobooks and podcasts, which keeps her engaged and informed. Janice meditates and processes through sessions of “interior therapy,” aka organizing, designing, and redecorating the space around her. She applies this same “therapy” and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, developing, and implementing programs and process masterpieces for our clients, so we call her the HR Designer!
