Discrimination and Sexual
Harassment Prevention Training

Sexual harassment prevention training is not only a legal requirement in California, but it also plays a crucial role in creating a safer and more respectful work environment. One where managers and employees have the knowledge and tools to recognize, address, and report harassment if a situation arises.

Our discrimination and sexual harassment prevention training services are designed to help organizations comply with California’s AB 1825, which went into effect in January 2021. AB 1825 mandates all organizations with five or more employees provide sexual harassment prevention training to their team members to educate them on preventing harassment in the workplace. We offer three training options to ensure that every organization, regardless of size or industry, can select the solution that best aligns with their specific needs. By providing effective and comprehensive training, we empower our clients to create a safer, more respectful work environment while also meeting important legal compliance requirements.
