Since joining SDHR Consulting in 2022, Janice has brought over 20 years of HR generalist experience to the team, with a strong focus on leadership development, training facilitation, effective communication, and strategic problem-solving. Her ability to quickly build trust and credibility makes her a valuable partner to clients, guiding them through complex HR challenges with confidence. Janice thrives in the fast-paced nature of her role, seamlessly managing multiple projects and client engagements. She especially enjoys the opportunity to explore diverse industries and business structures through meaningful client conversations, and is currently focused on deepening her expertise in SDHRC’s training programs.

Outside of work, Janice finds joy in spending time with her family—affectionately known as The Squad—which includes her husband, children, and grandson. She’s passionate about learning through podcasts, practicing Pilates, cooking and entertaining, home decorating, and RV camping adventures. Janice’s unique blend of experience, curiosity, and energy makes her a dynamic and inspiring part of the SDHRC team.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
I rode horseback across Death Valley for a week.

When I go to someone’s home, I rearrange their furniture in my head! I can’t help it…

SDHRC Nickname “HR Designer”
Janice meditates and processes through sessions of “interior therapy,” aka organizing, designing, and redecorating the space around her. She applies this same “therapy” and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, developing, and implementing programs and process masterpieces for our clients, so we call her the HR Designer!
