Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

We offer comprehensive discrimination and sexual harassment training services to help teams foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace. With three flexible options, live virtual, onsite, and self-led online training, organizations can choose the format that best fits their needs. Our two consultant led options are fully customizable to align with company culture while ensuring compliance with CA state mandates including AB1825 and SB1343. Our trainings equip employees and managers with the knowledge and tools to recognize, prevent, and address workplace harassment and discrimination effectively.

Bird DISC

The Bird DISC training has been extensively researched and it’s effectiveness has been shown through many varied organizations throughout the years. In fact, the concepts behind Bird DISC were first developed in 1928 (by the same man who created Wonder Woman!). The Bird DISC helps team members master the four personality styles, paired with unique birds; Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl. The birds are a straightforward and memorable way to help participants connect with their unique personality style. Through the Bird DISC training, teams build upon their relationships, learn to bridge differences, increase emotional intelligence, and develop a better understanding of their colleagues’ communication style. The Clifton StrengthsFinder training leverages over five decades of research to unlock the full potential of each team member. This approach focuses on identifying and developing individual strengths, fostering an environment where diverse skills and unique qualities are recognized and celebrated. Our engaging, interactive workshop equips employees with practical tools to enhance their strengths and pinpoint areas for growth. Prior to the session, participants complete an assessment that reveals their top five strengths out of 34 which offers valuable insights into their personal contributions to the team. CRASH Manager Training
