The Clifton StrengthsFinder training leverages over five decades of research to unlock the full potential of each team member. This approach focuses on identifying and developing individual strengths, fostering an environment where diverse skills and unique qualities are recognized and celebrated. Our engaging, interactive workshop equips employees with practical tools to enhance their strengths and pinpoint areas for growth. Prior to the session, participants complete an assessment that reveals their top five strengths out of 34 which offers valuable insights into their personal contributions to the team.
