Celebrating each team member is what we do on a regular basis, from group emails for every birthday and work anniversary to a monthly newsletter referred to as our Friday Fun Facts that honors our team’s accomplishments at work and in their personal life. CEO, Julie Hunt, followed her dreams of starting her own business to develop and share her strong passion for human resources and recruiting. From the very beginning, Julie has dedicated her support to the women within her organization providing a flexible work environment, benefits, and much more.
Julie encourages and rewards volunteering and leads volunteer opportunities at team meetings and retreats. In 2023, we had the opportunity to volunteer at Brother Benno’s as we supported their thrift shop and helped prepare for a holiday event for children in need.
