Marsi Harris brings over 17 years of HR experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation analysis, and good ole HR compliance. A native San Diegan, Marsi completed her undergrad at UCSB and Masters from National University. Spanish speaking, with a love for travel, beaches, and good beer. Marsi and her family love vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, for rest, relaxation, and great family time. Family is important to Marsi, whether it is found at home or in the workplace and Marsi works hard for her clients to create a culture that reflects such cohesiveness and support and that’s why we call her the Madre of HR.
