Suzy is our Director of Human Resources Services and a DISC Owl who enjoys placing an order into chaos, dreams into details and lining the ducks in a row so they move forward in growth and success. Administration, HR, recruiting, and customer service are pies where her feathers have dipped, from several large grocery chains to a small startup government contractor servicing the military and aerospace industries. Suzy makes her nest in SoCal Wine Country with her husband and three active teenagers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton and she is at her best in a multitasking world, with a beautifully filed inbox and short walks on the beach and that’s why we call her “The Organizer”.
