Director of Human Resources, Strategy and Rewards, Cherie has over 25 years of HR experience, specifically in compensation, mergers and acquisitions and start-up operations, acting as an employee champion as well as a change agent. Cherie holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Cal State San Marcos and she is a member of SHRM and WorldatWork. A native to Southern California, Cherie is an avid diver. Freediving and snorkeling are a family tradition beginning with her grandparents and carrying down to Cherie’s grandchildren. Each year Cherie’s family hosts a reunion on Catalina Island filled with family fun and diving. Cherie’s adventurous nature is reflected in her life and work ethic as she dives right in to tackle what needs to be done, and that’s why we call her the Diving Diva.
